WHO WE ARE
COMPALL Oy Ab was founded in 2020 with the goal of revolutionizing competence management and maintenance within the healthcare sector. We have identified significant challenges related to managing competence requirements, onboarding new staff, and ensuring that existing personnel have up-to-date skills and safety certifications. These challenges pose risks to both patient and worker safety.
OUR SOLUTION
Is currently under development through our project Project CALM: Competence for All - Modernization, aims to create advanced software to facilitate the oversight and tracking of competence development. This software will help employees easily monitor their skills and identify needs for further training, while managers will gain a clear overview and be able to plan future training efforts more effectively. By offering a clear and structured overview of training requirements, we aim to reduce stress and confusion.
